EFF Sues AT&T Over Domestic Spying Compliance

It was only a matter of time before the EFF took the reigns in bringing public attention to the NSA Domestic Spying case. They allege that AT&T (formerly SBC Communications, who purchased AT&T) opened up it's ginormous database, effectively violating the privacy of its customers and the people they called, all in the name of "protection from terrorists." This bullshit has to stop. There is no valid reason to spy on the American People, and the EFF is out to prove it by proving that AT&T violated longstanding Corporate Customer Privacy laws in bowing to the Bush Administration's already-illegal program.
