Report: CRS Panel Finds Spy Program Lacking

Making the rounds today is the report released by the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service that tags the Bush Administration's covert wiretapping program as conflicting with existing law and hinging on weak reasoning. Can you say Nixon? Sure, I knew you could! Nixon was the reason the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court was created, and yet here we are with Nixon, Part Deux: Curious George and the Ouija Board.
