Kindness of Strangers
Sometimes, good people do good things at random, even though they have no ties to anything remotely related to something (or someone else). Take the story of one Stephanie Dietrich, who quietly and anonymously joined in the search for the children of Teresa Knight. They had been kidnapped and murdered by their father after a custody dispute, and he had given a vague description of the burial site before hanging himself in his jail cell.
